The Hadean Lord Tyros fell long ago, with the hero who defeated him vanishing after. Now the malicious archmage Gundalf seeks to fill the power gap left behind and reestablish magic as the ruling force. The Hosts call for your aid once more to break his hold over the realms and uncover the fate of the heroes of old.
Cast arcane spells, summon allies, strike from afar with bows and guns, or battle up close with blades and hammers. Equip accessories that grant powerful abilities opening new ways to traverse the realms.
Journey through a refreshed Overworld, Nether, and End, discovering new biomes, companions and foes while rooting out Gundalf's forces and remnants of the Hadean Lord's reign across the furthest reaches of the realms.
Minecraft's soundtrack has been expanded with a wide variety of tracks from many wonderful artists, along with adaptive music for the time of day, altitude, bosses, and structures.
KNOWN ISSUES
- The game may sometimes report that the world is corrupted or that datapacks failed to load correctly. This is caused by Create and can be fixed by simply restarting the game, No save data will be lost.
- Immediately closing a world after loading it will cause memory leaks, this is likely caused by Citadel or Lionfish API and restarting the game fixes it.
- The modpack will sometimes fail to update correctly, this is caused by the CurseForge launcher and it is recommended to insall a new instance instead (minor updates shouldnt cause too many issues.)
- The TAM sound engine will overload and stop playing music when leaving the game untabbed for a long time or rarely when joining a server, changing biomes/altitude/time fixes it.
- The game will crash when Maledictus grabs you if you have player capes enabled, this setting is off by default and should NOT be turned on. It will be reenabled if the Cataclysm dev fixes it.
PLANS FOR POST TERRAMITY 1.0
- Terralith, Mowzie's Mobs, Cataclysm, Lethality, Travel Optics, Caverns and Chasms, Savage and Ravage, Alex's Caves, and Irons Spells will be removed to avoid content bloat and feeling like a checklist.
- Goblin Traders, Weaponworks, Archery Expansion, Shield Expansion, and Combat Roll will be removed since Terramity handles their features better.
