First BETA-version to be released

Mod Changes:

> Nerfed Pipez mod to prevent possible TPS issues

> Added Moderation Mods to be able to better react on low TPS

> Removed FTB Chunks

Recipe Changes:

> Since this is the first version, there havent been any changes made to recipes.

Tweaks:

> Overhauled Questlines, adding Quests for Astral Sorcery, Botania and Ars Nouveau.

> Overhauled Rewarding system, everything in the rewards shop will now cost more currency due to the sheer amount of quests with rewards.

> Nerfed Powered Bonsais to be more server friendly.

> Removed Recipes for Inventory Pets and added an reward-table for it
