[+] Customized the stextras quest system. When players complete the Reset Counter, they receive 20 Soul Points. Every 20 Soul Points can be used to lock one skill (all skills are included, with no limit). Locked skills will not be lost after reincarnation.
[+] Added stextras quest rewards to the quest book. Players can receive the corresponding rewards after completion.
[+] Fixed an issue where some racial abilities could not fly.
