with this release id say its ready to go out of the test releases, most of the big work is done

• replaced reforged with balkons gears legacy (tekkit smp parity & more maintained & actually reccomended by the reforged devs)
• added legendgear loot into battletowers
• made cqr bullets craftable
• ugly error cleanup
• updated mods that had an update
• wayland is used by default (to disable go to configs/forge_early.cfg and disable wayland forcing there)
• cleanroom relauncher shouldnt jumpscare you with unfamiliar buttons
