This is a Modpack which is in general TekTopia. There are quite more other cool mods and stuff in there.
In TekTopia you can built a village with your own professionals.
But TekTopia 2.0 is an Modpack with TekTopia and other Mods like NuclearCraft where you can built your own Reactor for exaple to energize the energized smelter. An other Mod is Tinker's Construct, which lots of cool stuff, like a smeltery, and in this you can make for exaple one iron ore to two iron ingots. The sounds in the game are also better with Dynamic Surroundings. For the light: The same process. You can built a storage system with an ME-System from Applied Energetics 2 or a simple storage Network. Deep Mob Learning and Matter Overdrive are also in this pack.
In a nutshell: It's a really cool pack where you can built in main a village and you can design it how never you want but on the hand you have cool additional stuff.
