Drop rates from ex nihilo/aodb altered

Reactorcraft/electricraft/rotarycraft/dragonapi removed - Kept getting a ticking memory connection crash from it when any rotarycraft blocks were accessed.  Not sure what caused it, but will see if it can be worked out.  Unfortunately, this will corrupt current saves due to the way dragonapi allocates ID numbers.  Reika has a fix for this on his webpage
