Tekkit Classic - Ben Edition

A Tekkit Classic experience, reimagined for Minecraft 1.19.2.

Built around the combination of Ic2, new automation with Pretty Pipes, redstone from Project Red, and ProjectE with unique custom_emc.json.

Inspired by the OG Tekkit Classic and more recently, Tekkit Classic Reloaded, this modpack aims to preserve the freedom and creativity that made Tekkit so memorable while introducing modern Minecraft features.

You will see my dedicated server in the multiplayer tab with 20 player slots!

💎 Rebalanced ProjectE Progression

Netherite-Integrated Dark Matter

Dark Matter now has Netherite as part of its crafting progression.

Rather than relying entirely on the traditional diamond-based progression, players must go into the Nether and find ancient debris before advancing into ProjectE's more powerful equipment.

Adjusted EMC Values

Various EMC values have been reviewed and adjusted to better reflect resource rarity, acquisition difficulty, and their impact on progression.

Food no longer has EMC. It trivalized FTB ultimine downside of requiring a lot of food as well as farming automation.

Most Mob Drops no longer have EMC. Bones, rotten flesh, string, wool for insance no longer have EMC.

Blaze rods and magma cream have an EMC of 512, and ghast tears have 1024 making ghast tears the most lucrative mob farm.

And no you cannot exploit 1x blaze rod (512) into 5x blaze powder (510 total) via ic2's macerator for an EMC profit XD.

These changes are designed to reduce certain resource-conversion shortcuts while preserving ProjectE's central appeal: turning a resource economy into increasingly powerful automation.

ProjectE is still incredibly powerful. The goal is to make earning that power more satisfying.

IndustrialCraft 2 Classic is back baby.

Pretty Pipes has some sick auto crafting capability.

Project Red.

Ae2 is included for computer storage.

🌍 Exploration

Technology may be the foundation of Tekkit, but there's more to Minecraft than staying inside your factory.

ProjectE requires that you find a specific item atlteast once before you can begin generating more.

Apotheosis boss spawning in overworld can be annoying while setting up your factory, so I reduced overworld boss spawns and increased nether and end. 

Nether has 100% chance of legendary boss spawns.

End has 100% chance of mythic boss spawns.

🛠️ Quality-of-Life Improvements

Certain crafting recipes and JEI searches have been adjusted to improve consistency and reduce clutter.

Extreme Sound Muffler, found in the top right of inventory screen, is here if you wanted to mute a cow farm/specific machines/mobs.

Controlling is also here to make keybind changes easier.

Inventory sorting. Default sort container button is middle mouse.

Shift + Right Click villagers to pick them.. get that iron golem farm going! Easy villagers mod is a bit too op.
Can also pick up chests this way.

🎮 Play Your Way

There's no single correct way to play Tekkit Classic Ben Edition.

Apotheois, red matter, and quantom gear are all equally overpowered.

🚀 Getting Started

Tinkers Construct is a simple way to double ore production, obtain silk touch and fortune.
 
ProjectE transmuation table can generate simple items (cobblestone, wood, ingots) by exchanging a surplus of other items you have!

Ic2 solar panels are a great way to get some power going.

Dimensional Storage can trasnfer lava from the nether to your factory in the overworld.

Make sure to force load chunks with FTB claim manager in the top left of inventory screen!
