- Added starter items (Some food, Book that tells you to press ` for quests).

- Added T1 secondary processing for create stones (ochrum, asurine, veridium, crimsite), andesite, dripstone and tuff.

- Added quests for T1 secondary ore processing
- Given coal/charcoal dust a burn value (1 item).
- Removed the skip straight to electrum from tuff crushing.
- Something else I forgot, but is probably important.
