Technophobia studios have put our collective 3 and a half brains together, combined with months(3 so far) of work to mesh various automation and technology mods together into a smooth gameplay experience. As of right now (v0.3.1) the modpack is nowhere near done, however we decided to push out a beta just so people can get a feel of the modpack. Without further adieu, let me present the core ideas of the modpack.

Automation

Mods such as Create, Thermal, and Refined Storage allow for automation of lots of physical processes in the game, such as farming, mining, or storing. Mods like Productive Bees or Crimson Chickens allow for automating individual resources like gold, iron, or diamonds. Don't worry though, the game has been balanced so that all those resources cannot be obtained too early, and excess amounts of resources like diamonds will have a use beyond the vanilla armor and tools.

Blending

Mods like Worldshaped, and CraftTweaker, combined with our very own TechnophobiCore, all allow for fine-tuned tweaking of all the game mechanics and recipes that may be in mods. Technophobic also has custom resource and texture packs specifically to blend different mods together. In essence the whole goal is to smooth mods together.

World Generation

Terraforged is a massive overhaul mod for the vanilla minecraft terrain generation. Combining this with the mods Jellyfishing, Biomes O' Plenty, Better End Forge, and Quark, results in a completely fresh and new way to experience minecraft generation, from the peaks of the mountains to the deepest cave.
