• Make Pattern Multi-Tool GUI be accessible to all tabs in ME Super Dual Interface.
• Add Super Pattern Multi-Tool.
• Fix items in slot with no NBT being given NBT tag when opening Pattern Multi-Tool GUI.
• Don't draw scrollbar when widgets inside scroll widget take less space then what's available.
• Fix Parallel Alloy Blast Smelter, Parallel Electric Blast Furnace, Parallel Large Chemical Reactor, and Parallel Vacuum Freezer batch mode not affecting duration.
• Remove temporary multiblock tooltip.
