This is a small update to add some mods in that I played with whilst testing.

Added:

Modern Weapons Pack for Flan's Mod.

Simple Parts Pack for Flans Mod.

The Zombies and Skeletons will spawn with armour and possibly guns from the Flans mod and the Techguns mod.
