This is a small modpack I put together for me and my friends. Every now and then we get the itch to start a new survival world and play together for a couple of weeks, and every time it was the same story: someone had the wrong version, someone forgot a mod, someone couldn't join the server. So I made this pack to fix that. You install it, you open the game, you join. That's it.

It's not a big new content pack. There's no tech, no magic, no new bosses. It's still just Minecraft, only prettier and a bit more alive. If you know how to play vanilla, you already know how to play this.

The worlds look a lot better. Terrain generation is reworked, so you get huge mountains, deep valleys, better rivers and biomes that actually blend into each other instead of cutting off in a straight line. Finding a spot for the base has become half the fun.

Animals and mobs got a makeover too. They have new skins and variations, so your sheep farm doesn't look like a copy-paste anymore, and they move with much smoother animations. Cows turn their heads, chickens flap around, and zombies don't slide at you like cardboard cutouts.

Your own character moves better as well. Arms and body react to what you're doing (eating, climbing, holding a map, riding), which makes it way more fun when you're playing next to your friends and can actually see what they're up to.

Finally, the whole interface is restyled with Whimscape. Inventory, chests, menus and the crafting table all get a cleaner, softer look that still feels like Minecraft. It's easier on the eyes after a few hours of playing.
