The Celestial Citadel's (TCC) Perfectly Optimized^{As all things should be} modpack has the goal of producing a usable and working template for other modpack creators, developers, and authors that have the perfect combination of optimization mods. Although our goal is for this to be used by other modpack development teams, it is also perfectly suitable for players looking for a vanilla Minecraft experience.

This modpack also includes other important or deemed mandatory mods for the Minecraft experience, such as JEI + EMI, AttributeFix, Bad Wither No Cookie - Reloaded, Configured, Controlling, and other mods that would be added onto every modpack.
