A simple cobblemon modpack.
Including a very simple quest book that contains just small tutorials to the basic overall mods, and a dedicated Cobblemon page with challenges and rewards to help you get through the gyms.
Contains Mega Showdown allowing you to mega-evolve your pokemon,, terrastalize,, and use z-moves.
Non-cobblemon mods includes AE2 or Tom's for storage, and Create for basic automation to allow easier pokéball farming. Quests will give you the basics to get started on the storage mods, giving you all the main components as you do the small amount of quests for them.
There is a repeatable quest to enable/disable "Mob Apathy", essentially putting players in peaceful if they so desire, without removing mobs for all players, but maintaining requirements for food.
