-Adjusted/Rebalanced alot of the lycanites mobevents.
-Added "polished" steel ingot which is functionally identical to the immersive engineering one. However, due to an insight with the additions mod that has yet to be fixed, this item was added to make the steel armor repairable.
-Updated not enough cats.
-Some more adjustments to various lycanites mobs.
