I have made a modpack, yes. This modpack was made by ME.  I completely used other peoples mods, however it is for me and my friend because we didnt enjoy any other modpack and these comboes are some that we liked personally, would be amazing if other people would also try it as certain modpacks, like conquest of dragons etc. seem too overwhelming and have too much going on with nothing being streamlined, so I basically did that - streamlining into focused only on spells and dragons and progressions, it doesnt however have quests or a guide so you gotta know what to do if youre playing
