Create Aeronautics may have an issue regarding sounds which can cause FPS degradation. Make sure ambient/environment sounds are set to 100%. If experiencing menu lag, it's due to Iris. Turn off record in the background & microphone recording notification in Xbox game bar settings. (Game might crash when trying to enter a world the 2nd time)

Change your JVM arguments by pressing the 3 dots or the profile options in the mod pack. Add -XX:+UseZGC or something more preferable, this could help add more FPS. & make sure to press the 3 dots in the mod pack & press change version then select the latest version instead of going to the main versions tab & installing, so it doesn't install the mod pack again.
