Create Aeronautics may have an issue regarding sounds which can cause FPS degradation. Make sure ambient/environment sounds is set to 100%. If experiencing menu lag its due to Iris, turn off record in the background & microphone recording notification in Xbox game bar settings. Reforged Play & Sable Replay Compat mod may cause issues.
Also change your JVM arguments by pressing the 3 dots or the profile options in the mod pack. Add -XX:+UseZGC or something more preferable, this could help add more FPS. & make sure to press the 3 dots in the mod pack & press change version then select the latest version instead of going to the main versions tab & installing, so it doesn't install entire new mod pack.
