Misc:

- Removed Long Lost Cold from the music list. Made it a boss song
- Added bossfight music to 7 bosses
- Added Dynamic Sounds mod
- Increased world height is now on by default. Some boss structures (and biomes) located in the mountains were being cut off due to the build height being too low.
- Added SDM Market. This allows you to easily sell your items to other players for the ingame currency
- Moved effects to left side of inventory screen
- Effects will not show when you are in the Curios menu
- Blue Skies Tabs are now on the bottom and do not conflict with the Stat menu
- Skill Totems wont tell you to corrupt your totem to add more skills unless that is the only way to add more
- You can now use orbs while the curios menu is open
- Added spells to Infernal Dragon and Yeti
- Fixed Warden fight
- Removed functionality of Twisted Rot - I will be changing the functionality in the future
