THIS VERSION HAS BEEN SCRAPPED AND IS BEING REMADE!
INCOMPATIBLE WITH ANY PRIOR VERSION!!!
Changed a lot of stuff (basically a whole new modpack), I am going for a kinda vanilla plus while trying to keep it interesting and balanced.
It has come to my attention that this version has issues loading chunks (mainly but not only changed facilities) and may randomly corrupt player data. If I am unable to find the cause of this, this version is to be scrapped and a new rework will be made.
