Bunch of fixes:

• Vics modern warfare has been replaced by mrcrayfish's guns as well as advanced rifles since it was the cause of some bizarre visual bugs
• A lot of HBM's ores such as titanium have been removed from ore generation since they allow you to skip a lot of gregtech's recipes
• HBM's deco blocks now drop themselves rather than an ingot to improve balance (e.g. you can no longer get a full steel set at the beginning of the game) 
• Mekanism's control circuits have been removed, use gregtech's circuits!
• Mekanism"s osmium ore has also been removed from ore gen for the same reason as HBM's ores
