CHANGELOG;
-buffed PM63 RAK (9 damage from 7) (26 steel plate vs 32)
-fixed PM63 crafting recipe including an attached heavy stock instead of the proper light wire stock
-made 45 ACP, 9mm & 45-70 cheaper
-changed PM63 animations. Now it's actually kinda a handgun that can be used like a PDW instead!
-edited PM63_geo to use FLUSH 16rnd mags as default
-added alternate recipe for ballistix 20mm ammo (brass AND bronze plating now)
-reset Waterframes; YouTube broke their API and screwed everything so I just reset the mods to the latest defaults and that seemed to fix it.
-added mod suggested to get rid of chat restrictions.
-updated the following mods;
          -Sophisticated Storage
          -Sophisticatedlib
          -Geckolib
          -Create: Connected
          -Baguettelib
-added the TACZ Slings mod
