Updated a lot of configs.

Removed In Control. (It seems it doesn't offer you enough control to prevent custom spawns from occuring based on light level...)
Added Polymorph(recipe switcher), Trash Slot, and Materalis(Tinker's addon).
Tinker's remains the same version to ensure compatibility with Materialis.
Added a couple of new splashes.
