 Stormy Skies v0.1.6e Hotfix - The Last One For Now I Hope

So I can get on with actually doing balance and streamlining instead of triage...

- Fixed critical recipe conflicts I somehow missed that rendered the game basically unplayable (looking at you, Chinese Workshop); for now what this means is I fried the recipes stomping on Pyrotech ones. I'll add alternatives later

- Updated any mods that needed while I was at it

- At some point I'll work on updating the island map itself, too
