StoogeSMP 4

This is a pre-launch version of the pack intended for use by those helping setup the server's map for launch, while also containing the mods we intend to use for the server so that we can test them out and iron out any potential issues.

Version 0.6 Changes:

Added some additional mods to test out, as well as some more mods for the Cleanup Crew helping with the setup for the new server.

Rendering and Performance:

- Added Phosphor for improved lighting to allow for better performance and faster chunk load times.

- Added Bobby to allow for further render distances on the server, and a higher cap in sodium for those who are interested in setting it up.

- Added Distant Horizons to allow for increased render distances with LODs to work in tandem with Bobby (assuming it'll perform correctly doing so)

(Translation for the above, neither are genuine chunk or render distance increases, they both create a local copy of chunks the server has shown you to allow you to see further than what the server would normally allow, as the server caps the render distance for performance reasons. Bobby is for more traditional high-quality chunks, while Distant Horizons allows for progressively lower quality chunks the further out they are to improve performance via LODs, or levels of detail.)

Misc. Additions:

- Added Cloth Config API for additional mod configuration support

Cleanup Crew Only, will be removed at launch:

- Added Worldedit mod with the WorldEdit CUI addon to assist with visualizing selections
