Fixed an issue with the tiers of various silent gear materials.

Changed the color of iridium tools.

Updated some silent gear damage values

Fixed an issue where research transmutation did not work

Added loot bags.  Loot bags are rarely dropped from mobs, and can also be created by putting rare items (like pets or curios) in the loot recycler.  Loot bags contain curios, pets, and other useful items.

Changed some crafting recipes to require underused items

Removed the meta pet (It was causing some problems)
