bdew: Added ModuleCommandHandler & small tweaks to command result encoding

*Updated Chisel to 0.0.6.53:

Improved getQuads to fix some compatibility issues
Fixed issues with chiseling stacks of blocks when chisel damage is disabled
Fixed issues with tiling blocks not aligning (especially on the bottom side)

*Updated Just Enough Items to 3.12.8.325:
  Greek minor fix (#526)
Make item list buttons work better with vanilla texture packs

*Updated Level Up! to 0.12.3:
Hanged smelting bonus behavior so acceleration doesn't require a GUI to be opened, but the player still needs to be within GUI opening           range of the tile entity.
Smelting doubling is no longer done by a "player removes the stack from the furnace" basis, instead ejecting the item into the world. Can be   configured to drop the extras into the crafting result slot. Once again, player needs to be nearby.
Smelting acceleration now affects brewing stands, but does not double the output.
Mining ore doubling now affects modded ores again.
Smelting doubling now has a blacklist and MineTweaker support. Recipes from any registered dust are automatically blacklisted to prevent       potential behavior similar to the Blazerator of old.

*Updated Mystical Agriculture to 1.3.0:
Added set bonuses to Prudentium -> Superium armor
  Prudentium: Water Breathing
  Intermedium: Step Assist
  Superium: No Fall Damage
 Added Charms:
Charms are used to upgrade your Supremium armor/tools (only sword for now) with different abilities!
Ex. Fire Resistance, Night Vision, etc
(some of the charm recipes are temporary and will change later)
You can no longer enchant Supremium Armor in an Enchanting Table
Lowered the durability of Supremium Armor a little
Changed the armor values to compensate for the new buffs
Crops should no longer pop off Random Things' Fertilized Farmland
Changed the way Growth Accelerators work
  Balanced a couple essence recipes

*Updated Pressure Pipes to 1.3.1.17:
bdew: Restored OC and CC integration
  bdew: default localization fixes
bdew: switched to use ModuleCommandHandler and changed component names

*Updated Tinkers Construct to 2.5.6:
Tables can be rotated with wrenches
   The One Probe integration
Removed splinters from wood, since they were too confusing for players
Sharpening kits now cost 2 material
Shards are craftable via pattern/cast, but have no inherent use
Pig Irons tasty trait takes effect at 3/4 bar already
Increase default spawnrate of nether ores a tad
Toolmodels now have a cache, meaning having many tools on the screen is faster

  Bugfixes:

Fix stones sword damage being off, requiring too many hits to kill mobs
Frying Pan rightclick damage was off
Fix Silktouch not working from offhand
Unbreakable tools are now also unbreakable in the vanilla sense
Blocks with rotation can't be rotated with wrenches anymore and don't lose all their data
Some safety measurements for crashes when stuff goes wrong/other mods break things

*Updated CodeChickenLib to 2.4.2.107:
  No given Changelog.

*Updated EnderStorage to 2.1.5.83:
  No given Changelog.
