Replaced the FTB mod suite with open-source equivalents

FTB Essentials, Teams, Quests and Library are gone, along with the CurseForge-only injection that used to bundle them separately. In their place:

• NeoEssentials replaces FTB Essentials: /tpa, /tpahere, /home, /sethome, /spawn, /warp, /setwarp, /invsee all work the same way.
• Odyssey Quests replaces FTB Quests/Library for the quest book and UI. Open it with the Quest Book item, or bind "Open Quests" under Options > Controls > Project Odyssey.

FTB Teams has no replacement for now - team/guild features are gone until a suitable open-source option is found.

Updated Raid Wormhole to 0.3.0

• New /raidportals spawn command (console/command-block friendly, full tab completion of every known Pokemon).
• Wormhole Lure effect: natural portals open more often and at higher tiers while it's active.
• Natural tier 7 portals can roll Alpha, shiny or perfect IVs.
• /raidportals list mythic lists recognized Myth/Legend key items.
• Fixed a crash with Myths and Legends 1.9.0 key items on Cobblemon 1.8.4, wrong tab-completion entries, a missing Jade tooltip model for tier 6/7 bosses, and a missing portal-color texture warning.
