Quest changes
-Moved the quest for the mining dimension tool to the dimensions category.
-Fixed NBT issues with the drone quest so it detects now.
-Small text updates.
Config and script changes:
-Singularities now recquire 38,400 items not 50,000.
-Immersive wires/conectors now has tool tips and HV stuff has higher power transfer.
-The 3 Cyclic swords now show correct damamge.
-The enchant Block reach is now turned off due to conflicts.(I like that enchant so I'm sad to see it go)
