StalkerWolf Bloodmoon is an unforgiving horror survival modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge, built around the StalkerWolf mod. With 214 mods, including supporting libraries, and a custom campaign, it brings dangerous hunts, bloodmoons, dark forests, forbidden rituals, and industrial progression into one hostile world.

Daylight is your chance to gather supplies, strengthen your shelter, and plan your next expedition. When darkness falls, every sound outside your walls deserves your attention.

StalkerWolf is at the heart of the experience. Learn to recognize stalking evidence, survive private hallucinations, and respond to hunters that use sound mimicry, false retreats, and learned tactics. Weak walls can be breached, repeated tricks lose their effectiveness, and an escape route can matter as much as your weapon. Discover forest shrines, study the Worn Book of Shadows, and learn when to use decoys, Hush Bells, and fueled Ward Lanterns.

Face stronger threats such as Hollowfang and Blightfang, gather genuine hunt trophies, and work through infection, diagnosis, suppression, and cure progression. Surviving an encounter gives you knowledge and valuable materials for the challenges ahead.

The surrounding world adds its own dangers. Born in Chaos, The Knocker, The Graveyard Resurrected, Zombie Awareness, Sanity: Renewed, and Enhanced Celestials bring more hostile encounters and pressure to your expeditions. Bloodmoons disrupt your plans, darkness strains your sanity, and noise or injury can draw unwanted attention.

Nights and caves are much darker. Truly Dark reduces the comfort of ambient light, while LambDynamicLights lets held torches and lanterns illuminate nearby terrain. Custom items such as the Ward Lantern, Ward Core, and Bloodmoon Fragment also provide distinct glows. Carrying light helps you see; protective wards still require placement and fuel.

New worlds begin on Hard difficulty with natural regeneration disabled. Healing supplies are part of your preparation. Craft Field Bandages, carry emergency tonics, stock your kitchen, and protect your stores. Death leaves your equipment in a corpse, turning recovery into another expedition that needs a plan.

Follow 199 custom quests across 15 illustrated chapters. Begin with your first shelter and food supply, then advance through fortified settlements, StalkerWolf hunts, bloodmoon encounters, exploration, metalworking, machinery, magic, and journeys into the Nether and End. Work toward the Sanctuary Keystone and Bloodmoon Crown, with repeatable hunt contracts and a Supply Cache supporting your progress along the way.

The campaign includes 16 custom items with detailed artwork and 78 custom recipes. Hunt trophies and scarce Bloodmoon Fragments connect materials such as Dusksteel, Bloodsteel, Ward Cores, and Ritual Bindings to your equipment and progression. Use JEI to discover the pack’s altered recipes and plan your next upgrade.

Create and Immersive Engineering support workshops and settlement infrastructure. Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks, Occultism, and EvilCraft expand your options through spells, rituals, and dangerous knowledge. Farming, cooking, storage, and exploration give you reasons to build a lasting refuge between hunts.

THE BLOODMOON IS WATCHING sets an ominous tone throughout the menus. Once you enter the world, ordinary background music falls silent, letting footsteps, creature sounds, heartbeats, and warning cues draw your attention. StalkerWolf’s hunt themes play during active hunts, adding tension when danger closes in. Master volume is fixed at 80%, with the Master and Music sliders locked. All other sound categories remain adjustable.

Play alone or build a refuge with friends. FTB Teams supports shared quest progression, and Simple Voice Chat is included for communication.
