Changes/Fixes:
• Sulfur Ores now drops EE's sulfur.
• Enderium ingots of the Thermal Series is now can be converted into EE version.
• Lumium ingots of the Thermal Series is now can be converted into EE version.
• Processor Binding's recipe is now disabled.
• Carbonic Fluix Dust's recipe now also accepts EE's fluix dust.
• You can now make the recipe "Charged Certus + Redstone + Nether Quartz" which we all know for Fluix Crystal, with EE's charged certus quartz.
• Certus ores spawned in the world now drop EE's certus quartz. And I added a recipe for you to convert the AE2's certus quartz to EE's.
• Unnecessary enderium and lumium ingots from other mods are hidden in JEI.
