The modpack is recommended for everyone, who wants to have a nice experience in Minecraft. You will get some features like shaders and "freecam". Redstone will be much easier because of veryiose tweaks. You can sort chests and everything with only one click.

Sodium - will get you much better frames

tweakeroo - will give you nice improvements

Iris - will make the game able to use shaders and more

Cit - you can use Optifine textures

Discord-integrations - others will see what you play on discord

Recommended settings are activated, you can change them but that could caust some problems.
