- Buffed the Spawn table of the Beckon Stage IV

- Huge changes to the config
- Beckon Stage 3 can spawn now with a low probability one or two adapteds
- Beckon Stage 3 spawn ferals instead of assimilated mobs

for Some reason all types of horses throw crash and have a lot of bugs, for now this is a temporary solution all horses will be forcibly removed from your world, their spawn via command, SpawnEgg, natural generation and structures will be blocked
