This is a lightweight modpack that should hopefully run on most machines.
This pack includes features for everyone to enjoy, whilst avoiding the redundancy that plagues many packs from having far too many mods.
For tech based automation: IC2, Buildcraft, Railcraft, Forestry and AE2 are available.
For Magic based variety: Thaumcraft6, Bewitchment and Blood magic are available
For exploration: Additional structures and twilight forest offer the most immediate new things to see, however other mods also add new structures and features.
For Utility and QoL: Tinker's construct, Storage Drawers, Ender Chests and many other small tweaks are included.
The hope is that all of this creates a kitchen sink that runs well, and has enough to please everyone.
In theory, one could create a base that has almost every aspect fully automated: IC2 machines processing ores and generating power, Forestry farms producing food, buildcraft and railcraft transporting materials short and long distances respectively.
For the magic inclined, thaumcraft golems can provide automation and other processes whilst you empower yourself with bewitchment and blood magic.
Both types of players should find plenty to do and build without an overwhelmingly large number of mods that do the same or similar things (there aren't 50 different kinds of ore crushers).
In cases where there are mods which do the same thing, I aim for them to only do so in such a way that the different styles of players aren't disadvantaged (for instance, all styles of players should have access to variations on flight, ore duplication, etc)
This pack aims for a balance between magic and tech, with both being viable and powerful. I would not recommend this pack for anyone looking to exploit mod interactions, as the focused and compatible nature of this pack, should prevent most exploits.
