Spinalcraft Create
For over a year, I’ve been thinking about a long-term playthrough focused not on technology or rushing through a quest book. I wanted something with mods that enhance the aesthetics of Minecraft building and allow for contraptions that shape the world, all while not being just a fleeting fast paced modpack. This led to this specially curated modpack, Spinalcraft Create.
What is Spinalcraft Create?
It’s a modpack centered around the Create mod and its extensions, along with other mods that enhance Minecraft’s aesthetic and extend it's creative options without being overbearing. This pack is designed specifically for the Spinalcraft server, but may be ran anywhere and everywhere mod authors permit.
Are there quests?
No, this pack is quest-free. It’s focused on simplicity and creative building. The idea is to enjoy the pack as it is, and you're free to forge your own path.
Is this modpack difficult to learn?
The main mod here is Create, which has an intuitive "ponder" system that answers most questions in-game. Overall, it’s not complicated at all if you have patience.
Can you add "ABC Tech" mod?
Unlikely. While I’m open to suggestions that improve quality of life or fit the pack’s aesthetic, this is not a tech-heavy pack. It’s not meant to be a "All The Mods" type setup with things like Mekanism reactors or witchcraft.
So, what’s the point?
The point is to create the world around you! Build trains, automated towns, tunnel boring machines, and automated cities. With tons of options for windows, roofs, furniture, and so much more, there is plenty to enjoy.
