Fixed a few performance issues.

Added ReAuth. For those who like to keep a constant Rich-Discord-Presence. You don't have to restart your Minecraft client to continue playing after an 'invalid session'

Added HealthOverlay. All health now merges into a single row a hearts, but hearts will now be colorized depending on how much health you have. (Just like Modpack healthbars.)
Added BetterloadingScreen. Loading up now looks aesthetically pleasing, and you'll have info being presented to you as you are being loaded.

Added FancyMenu. The main menu now loads up with a new module GUI.
