Removed Immersive Portals - Causes too much lag on servers (THIS IS A BREAKING CHANGE)

Added Waystones (they generate at the top of the towers & are unbreakable)

Removed Config Swapper - disabling JEI in this way doesn't work anymore

Cleaned up disabled features of End Remastered & Waystones

Maybe potentially fixed weird config exporting jank? idk if it was there to begin with but it might be gone now
