Spector Enterprise Twinkling Twilight

This is my third modpack, and a conttinuation of the Spector's Enterprise modpacks I've released in the past. If youre reading this and wondering why I'm writing this all up, its cause I have to. This modpack was hand made to focus on cobble mon, decoration, and fishing. I hope we can all enjoy the server together, and not explode everything. Thanks,
