Soul's world is a forge 1.20.1 modpack that have 349 mods (a lot of them are performance mods) and would need at least 7-8 gb of ram to run, however 9 gb is recommended

Overview

While exploration and adventure was the big thing for this modpack, it was also made with multiplayer in mind, by such I wanted that different play styles could play and enjoy this modpack together and also have complete different gameplay, so that said players could meet up and discover something completly different from their playtrough. That also means that there's a lot of additions to make multiplayer easier and more enjoyable.

Content (broad)

Adventuring

There's everything you could expect from an exploration modpack and more, you could traverse the world with your moving base and explore dimentions, dungeons, planets. You could face bosses, find civilizations, ruins, structures, treasures, you could tame dragons, fight castles, claim cillages and so much more. I do plan on adding more, even though its aldreay complete, I wanna expand other sides of adventuring.

Building

From unique blocks, variants of blocks, colors palettes, food and such that can make your home in any way you want, you'll be able to pick any theme and turn it with a special twist, and you could also love playing with the numerous food system. there's probably more to come

Enginneering

For now we mainly have create and its shit ton of addons that will make you able to create any kind of industry you want, from weapons, chocolate, nuclear and much more not to mention the drills, minecart and other crazy contraption you could make. there's also botania for thoses that prefer a more fantasy focused tech.

Sorcery

Magic and Sorcery is also a big focus of this modpack, I added a bunch of magic mods, some more simple, combat focused (like ars nouveau and its addons) some requiring rituels, structures and such (botania, blood magic and much more). Diversity is the goal, you can become anyone, do anything with any kind of magic and its never "oh look you have 3 spells that kinda look like what you want" you can make a ton of magic builds with a ton of interesting different gameplay. Wanna be a druid ? play with roots, botania or even use druid-driven spells in ars nouveau. Wanna be a necromancer ? From summonning demons, creating unhinged creatures, playing with the dead or using necromancy driven spells from ars nouveau there's everything you might like. And there's so many other interesting builds you could make, holy ? Sure. Arcane ? Definitly. Steampunk. Even that.

!!! THIS MODPACK IS STILL IN BETA !!!

There may still be bugs, permances issues have been mostly cared of but I still reccommend pre-generating your world to avoid any possible lag spikes unless you have a strong cpu. Mods changes will still be possible but way less than during alpha, however there might be a lot of config changes as I didn't change a whole lot of things in that regard yet. Still I hope you enjoy it, it should be way better than the alpha version. If you have any issues or want to share your opinion i'd be glad to hear it ! When will you update to release ?

I don't know, for now there are many fixes, and a bit of things I wanna add. I also want to wait for Electroblob's wizardry port to 1.20.1 which is apparently coming soon before calling it a full release since its my favorite magic mod.
Can my X setup run this modpack ?

I personnaly run this on a amd 7 5600 and with a Geforce 1500 without client side issues and decent quality with a stable 230 fps
My loading screen is super long when creating a world, is that normal ?

Absolutely, it just means Chunky-kun is doing his pregeneration work, its also normal if it gets "stuck" at 100% (its not actually 100%) however it shouldn't take long on the "Joining world" part so if that happens please report it.
