Config changes;

• Balanced Tetra weapons, lowering the magic capacity given to reduce amounts of enchantments on equipment.
• Added all Tetra equipment to the blacklist for Mimicream.
• Fixed a duping bug.
• Buffed Upgraded Netherite.
• Removed the Planar Stabiliser from Tetra.
• Adjusted the recipe for Tarantula Hawk Elytra.
