Solar Punk is a personal Minecraft modpack created as my very first attempt at building a curated modded experience. I originally put it together with one simple goal: to have a fun world to explore and build in together with my friend. Instead of designing a highly technical or competitive pack, I focused on gathering many of my favorite mods and blending them into a world that feels creative, colorful, and full of possibilities.
The name Solar Punk reflects the overall vibe I wanted: a bright future where nature, technology, and creativity grow together. The pack encourages exploration, relaxed building, and experimentation with different systems. Players can discover new biomes, expand their farms, automate small processes, and decorate their bases with a wide variety of blocks and tools provided by the mods.
Because this is my first modpack, Solar Punk is also a learning project. I experimented with balancing mods, testing compatibility, and making sure everything could run smoothly in multiplayer so my friend and I could enjoy it without constant issues. Every mod included is there because I genuinely like what it adds to the game.
Solar Punk is not about strict progression or complicated expert recipes. Instead, it’s about freedom, discovery, and sharing a modded Minecraft adventure with friends. It represents the start of my journey into modpack creation and a small world built from the mods I love most.
