Snom cult's adventure

This is a modpack made for a discord server, but works great for other people too! 

In this modpack i just wanted to add mods that I think minecraft should add or what I think make minecraft easier and more fun to play! 

This modpack has a lot off small mods, that makes people with not so good PC's able to play this too!
