Developers notes: With this update, I ran a 1GB server on my PC and did a survival speedrun. There were no chunk loading issues or lag, and the Nether Portal only took 2-3 extra seconds to go through. I ran 800 blocks in the Nether and seized a Bastion myself, all while having no errors in performance. This is a mission accomplished
