Added recipes to allow crafting of the Flux Infused JetPlate
PSA: I'm aware of an issue with corrupting worlds from an interaction between TContrusts Crafting Stations, JEI and Crucibles. I'm working on a fix so for now either keep your crucibles away from Crafting Stations or prepare to restore a backup if your world corrupts.
