Skytouched - Legacy of the Cursed

Please Note that this update changes the quest book and vanilla functions. The following steps must be taken to update existing worlds.
- Copy "template/data/functions" to "saves/new world/data functions"
- once in game run the command "/bq_admin default load"
- run the command "/bqs_loot default load"
- run the command "/bq_admin edit true"
- open the quest book, and then close it
- run the command "/bq_admin edit false"
