You start on a single block in the void, and every time you break it, you get a random block or item.

How to Play Singleplayer

Install the mod
Play a singleplayer game, and use the save file

How to Play Multiplayer

Download the modpack file and extract it
Copy the contents of the 'mods' file to your server
In the saves folder, rename 'OneBlock Reborn 1.20+' to 'world
After that upload the "world" folder to your Server Host.
Before starting the server, enable flying in server.properties (allow-flight=true)
