*Hopefully (for the last time) fixed some of the Thermal Expansion quests.
*Liam's text shows after completion and moved the quest.
*Added rewards for Double Compressed Diamond Hammer.
*Fixed a number of quests with custom items.
*Changed minimal height for graves to spawn from 6 to 2.
*Graves no longer spawns Skeletons.
*Reduced spawning of Infernal Mobs of all tiers.
*Infernal Mobs can no longer spawn with Webber.
*Increased loot for many different NPC quests.
*Crook quest now appears after completing the 2nd quest in chapter 1.
-Removed sugar cane quest.
