Sky Magic

This update should make everything functionally available to the player so that every mod can be enjoyed fully. If I am missing anything of import, please let me know so that I can find a way to add access to it. Otherwise, for the time being, this should make this pack "complete" and future updates will focus primarily on keeping mods up to date. This update is considered a beta until ModTweaker is fully updated to the latest Thaumcraft and I can add proper research pages for all the newly added items.

Once HQM is updated (or a similar mod made available) I may add it and simple questlines for introduction to the major mods in the pack, and to help make some basic materials available. This is not an absolute, however. IF it's something you'd like, let me know.

Major Changes:
 -Added recipes for late-game Thaumcraft advancement
  * The Crimson Book is made in the Arcane Workbench. You'll need Vitium shards to make it, and quite a bit of vis, but the recipe gives 3.
  * The Greater Crimson Portal and Eldritch Warden spawn eggs are made via the Infusion Altar. There is a research for this, on the Eldritch tab. Both have a high level of instability, and require a significant amount of essentia. Please note, this particular process may change in the future based on feedback - or if I am able to develop a proper way to give a placer for the Outer Lands portal. Creating these spawn eggs does consume a Crimson Rites book. Additional Thaumcraft bosses (the Giant Taintacle and the Eldritch Construct) may get recipes in the future.

  *The recipes for these are all available in-game. Please check under the Warp research in the Basic tab of the Thaumonomicon for the recipe for the Crimson Rites book. The recipes for the two spawn eggs is available via JEI.
