* The item to activate the Aether Portal is now consumed
* Attempts to disable most portal workarounds
* ignited Aether Portal with Glowstone will show Unknown Blocks so you can't use the portal anymore
* Replaced the SkyUtils Mod with my own Fork, it is mostly compatible and has some improvements
