Sky Fabricator

This is the continuation of the mod SkyUtils. This mod version will conflict with the official SkyUtils mod as it uses the same namespace so that existing items are not removed from the world.
The 1.17.1 Version of this Mod is based on this code: https://github.com/nicguzzo/skyutils/tree/fix-nether-generation-on-non-skyblock-worlds

I have done some tweaks and fixes:
* no Netherite Scrap from Netherrack
* even if the Hammer has Fortune, you will always get 1 sand / gravel
* fixed Condenser always gave out a Crucible even when using a bucket.
* fixed Composter gave Bonemeal if using an Hopper
* Many Config Options e.g. Hammer drop chances
* Charcoal Block can now be used as Fuel (equivalent to a coal block)
* Charcoal Block can now crafted back into Charcoal
